Frequently Asked Questions

What happens if my flight into KMIA is delayed?

We track incoming flights using the flight number you give us at booking. Your chauffeur adjusts the pickup time automatically — there is no waiting surcharge for a delayed inbound flight.

Can your vehicles carry heavy safari luggage and camera equipment?

Yes. A Quantum takes up to seven large bags, and for groups travelling with hard cases, tripods or excess baggage we attach a secure enclosed luggage trailer so the cabin stays comfortable.

How long is the drive from KMIA to the Kruger gates?

Numbi and Phabeni Gate are roughly 45 to 55 minutes from the airport, Malelane Gate about 1 hour 15 minutes, and Sabi Sand lodges between 1 hour 45 minutes and 2 hours 15 minutes depending on which access gate your lodge uses.

Are your drivers able to drive into Kruger National Park and to private lodges?

Yes. Our chauffeurs are professionally licensed for passenger transport and drive daily into Kruger National Park and the private reserves, including lodge drop-offs inside the Sabi Sands.

Do you handle cross-border and regional trips?

We do regional transfers across Mpumalanga and Limpopo, and cross-border runs towards Eswatini and Mozambique on request. Tell us the route when you enquire so we can confirm permits and paperwork.
